Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your greenhouse kit leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my greenhouse kit if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our kits, return shipping fees may apply.
Are the greenhouse panels covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Planta Greenhouse kits include a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and significant weather damage to the polycarbonate panels.
Do you offer assembly services for the kits?
While our kits are designed for DIY assembly with detailed manuals, we can recommend certified third-party assembly partners in select regional areas.
