At Planta Greenhouse Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
